Delivery Time

Digital tickets are generally delivered instantly after successful payment. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 30 minutes due to network, payment gateway, or server issues.

Physical Shipping

We do not provide physical shipping of tickets, merchandise, or documents through courier or postal services.

Failed Delivery

If you do not receive your ticket after successful payment, please contact our support team with your payment ID, mobile number, and transaction details.
