Once a football match ticket is booked successfully, cancellation requests may not be accepted. Tickets are generally non-transferable and non-cancellable unless approved by the tournament organizers.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

• Match cancelled by organizers

• Duplicate payment charged

• Payment deducted but ticket not issued

• Technical errors verified by our team

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed through Razorpay to the original payment method. Refund timelines usually take 5 to 10 business days depending on banks and payment providers.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

• User entering incorrect details

• Missed matches or late entry

• Internet/network issues from user side

• Unauthorized sharing or misuse of tickets

Payment Disputes

Any payment disputes or chargeback requests must first be reported to Al Azhar Football support. Fraudulent disputes may result in suspension of ticket access and legal action if necessary.
